Clifco spices is pretty dang good. Usually their German sausage seasoning and I make 32lb with one pack instead of 25lb like it calls for, too seasoned if following instructions. Just used their pan sausage seasoning for first time and made 25lb of breakfast links, best I’ve used so far.
I order most of my mixes from Zach's Spice Company...their Bohemian Garlic is my go to for my fresh cased sausage. The chorizo mix is pretty stellar too...I did up 30# of fresh chorizo from one of the hogs I butchered this past summer and it turned out fantastic.
If you need a quick venison sausage spice and don't want to wait on shipping, Fiesta has a good venison sausage seasoning. I use it off and on, but I really like AC Legg Old Plantation . My go to spice mix is my ex father-in-laws recipe. He gave it to me with the understanding that it is to be kept in the family only.
Well mines pretty difficult.....Send Blake a PM, yep the same guy that sells the Ragin Blaze Cajun seasoning and chili mix everyone raves about.....is sausage seasonings are great as well!
