Yep, very proud I turned the trees on the lot into this ceiling. One of my favorite parts of this project.

I would say your cost per sq ft is great. what is the cost for the total build roughly?

$99,478 total for 1,573 heated square feet. $63.24 per square foot. That is a little misleading because there is the 12x28 deck and shop space on the back as well. Also at the end I put $4500+ in gravel and culverts and my 2200 driveway is near perfect. There is also $5,900 in there to get power and water this far off the road. This is my total cost.

Super nice, my kind of place. I would so love to live at a place like that. Unfortunately, working in DFW I would have to commute at least an hour to live like that. Someday though
