In northeast TX 100 Tuesday and 92 Wednesday with 50% rain. I call that significant

August in Texas.....happens every year. It was 100* at our place filling feeders.....spent a lot of time in the cab of that a/c truck for sure!

I just checked the weather and it’s saying “heat advisory” for tomorrow. High in the mid 90s with heat index up to 105. Miserable! Will be our hottest day of the year, but looks to be short lived.

I’m sure ready for these next few weeks to get over with and fall to blow in.

When I was in High School I loved the summer heat and the beach. Now that I am 57 I prefer the winter. I can always put on long johns and a coat. Even stripping down in summer does not make much of a difference.
