Texas whitetail bonanza draw

I’m sorry but can somebody answer a question?
On the wt bonanza they are @ chap , matador, trinity, Gus Engeling

How do they determine where you get to hunt ?
Location? , random? Choice?

I buy a chance every year but was looking at trinity and something doesn’t look right, the bucks seem very sub average.

I am 99% sure first drawn gets pick, then 2nd drawn gets pick from remaining until last one gets what is left

From what I gathered they block an area off that is holding bigger deer or one particular buck to save for the lucky winner
