Get a ziplock and put some stump and vine killer with triclopyr in it shove as much of the vine in it as you can and. Clothes pin it to the rest of the vine so it doesn’t fall and make sure the bag is folded where rain can’t get in. It will kill it down to the roots. Leave bag until it dies.

I would kill it all now. It has taken over and eventually killed a bunch of our trees
I have cut vines as big as your arms with a chainsaw and water pours out. They suck all the water around the trees where the mowing can reach.

Grapes are delicious, but I prefer acorns for my deer.
