    I'm back on the injured list. Rolled my 4 wheeler over and had my leg pinned for a while Saturday. Ankle, back and elbow on my right side are keeping me from doing much. Thought I might try something light when I got home from work yesterday, but my ankle was swollen and purple by the time I got home.

      Doing a Sprint Tri on Sunday and woke up yesterday with a pinched nerve in my left shoulder. Not any better today so Sunday is up in the as of now.

        Thanks. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Got careless with a spray rig on the back rack. Done it a hundred times, but it only takes one time not paying attention. I was lucky.

          Ended up with back today

          Lawn mowers ss last pull down
          Seated row ss straight arm lat pull down
          Deadlifts
          Pull ups ss singe arm rows

          Same thing with jump ropes mixed in and also 2.25 mile jog.
          Knocked out 930 cals in 68 mins

            Slept in yesterday and probably should have today. My freakin' beagle has skin allergies and his smacking, licking, snorting and scratching wakes me and mamma up constantly, even though I gave him his medication. I'm gonna have to give it to him earlier tonight I suppose.

            All arms today! Biceps and tricep supersets. Thank goodness for coffee and nitraflex. Treadmill warmup plus 3 warmup sets and 3 working sets working on the eccentric.

            Preacher curl/body-weight dips
            Hammer curl bar/skull crusher
            Barbell curl/overhead rope extension
            Incline dumb bell curl/pronated-supinated grip extension
            Overhead cable curl/cable kickback

            Hoping for a big giant set of chest, back and legs tomorrow.

                Since tomorrow is Saturday I will make the drive to LA Fitness and Knock out legs since there is no traffic

                  Not the best week for me. Low energy, well the gas tank emptied really quick. Had a bad episode of Wingstop chicken wings last Friday. Hitting upper body today and some stretching.

                      Did the Mayor's Sprint Tri yesterday in Fort Worth, 5th place in my age group and only 5 minutes off the podium.

                        Was lazy and didn’t do core or cardio but me and the wife went for a 2 mile job in the evening to make up for it. And mowed the yard

                        Also the standard 2.25 mile jog getting to and from the gym

                          I couldn't make it in Saturday. My blood sugar was off or something and it took me awhile to get moving. Once I got to feeling better I fired up the smoker and spent all day smoking chickens and pork tenderloins.

                          I did make it in today. A good solid chest and back day. 5X8 and 5X5 depending on weight used.

                          Wide grip chest press/t-bar row
                          Barbell row inverted grip/incline bench
                          Low row/Incline dumbbell fly
                          Body weight ring pull-up/pushups

                            A pretty solid shoulders and legs day. A mix of supersets and giant sets. I threw some dumb bell chest press in just for extra measure.

                            Front plate raise/goblet squat/ab roller

                                Hit the road on Tuesday for work but still managed to workout.

                                Yesterday was a 2 mile jog

                                Today was chest and 1.5 miles

                                Tomorrow will be tough. In San Antonio and the nearest gym is a easy 20 mins
