I think PFF ranked Calzada 13 out of 14 SEC QB's.... He's transferring for a reason because he will be 3rd string next year.

It doesn't take too large of a limb to go on and say King would have most likely been better, like 95% of all starters over their backup tend to be and perform.

You can feel like Miss state 4 point loss, and scoring 10 points on Arkansas outcomes early in the season wouldn't have changed with our starter, and I'll say that it would have and agree to disagree. Our offense killed us this year with very inconsistent QB play and dropped balls. I attribute that to Calzada just basically sucking at reading defenses, progressions, staring down his first read, and throwing uncatchable balls. There's a reason he led the SEC in dropped ball %, dude has no touch

True….but since you watched the game, you’d know 2 of the 3 INT’s in the first game (NOT CU) were off the receivers hands that should have been caught. He did have one that was on him. I would like to see the post that said he would have been the “savior”…..there were plenty that said he was QB-1 though and it would have been different with him as the starter.
