Looks likenhe does have a "unbranched" antler. If so, he's legal in AR county

I bet that left side comes together at the base. If so then it’s branched. Can’t really tell from that pic though. If it’s out of the head on it’s own then it does qualify as unbranched and will be legal regardless of the spread.
