Wandering about in Ireland and Scotland (this is NOT a live hunt...)

Finally got a minute to catch up and post a few pics.

We’ve really been missing home and all the nice weather....

Courtney says that live hunts are sometimes a jinx, so this is expressly, definitely NOT a live hunt!

Took the flight from Dallas to Paris and then on to Dublin.

After a night at the dog track, and seeing the sights in the city, we rented a car in Dublin and drove down to the far tip of Ireland to the Dingle Peninsula.

    More later....

I’m leaving as soon as we get back for Florida where it will also be nice and cool.

Made the long drive up the coast and back to Dublin for a quick hop to Edinburgh, Scotland

This was your basic European cheap prop plane, which always makes Courtney a little bit nervous....

              First look at Scotland

First night in Edinburgh with a view of the fireworks at the Tattoo show

Ireland is beautiful! Chilly compared to here this time of year. I still have family in Tralee, they run a pub there. My family is from that area of Ireland (Valentia Island). Have fun and good luck!

Cool! Looks like a fun trip! It's awesome that they bottle DP in Dublin.

One word of caution about the Dingle area.... Whatever you do, do NOT eat the berries.

We were in Tralee just last week....

While we wait, I’ll keep uploading pics from Edinburgh and points west.
