The ratio of daylight to after dark pictures keeps the east texas hunting stereotype alive and well!! But those are some really big deer no matter what part of the state you might be in!!

This guy showed up a couple of years ago. Just walked through. I’d never seen him before, and haven’t seen him since. Biggest buck I have ever seen on our lease, and I’ve been hunting these woods for over 20 years.

He's definitely a monster to me, but not compared to a lot of deer people post on this site. All the other deer before and after him on the lease barely make 120.

I think most guys are posting after dark pictures because it shows off the profile of the deer better. I know I have daylight pictures of the majority of the bucks I posted, but you can't really tell/see what they are in the daytime as well as you can at night.
