Not so sure on aging bucks in your area but I’d say 3 to 5 yo. Only experience in an area will help you with aging/judging deer.

Looks older than four to me. But it’s hard to tell from that picture or any picture for that matter. That nose is pretty blunt which usually indicates an older buck.
