    Tree Identification

I’m assuming the first tree is some type of oak. I have no idea about the second.

    * Apologies for the heavily cropped photos. The originals were too large to load. *

    Tree Identification

    Look like oaks.

The third picture might be a sumac or soapberry…just a guess

The second one I am almost sure is a young water oak. The third I concur BTLowery about it being sumac. The first and fourth I don’t know.

Thanks for the replies, guys. At least from what I could tell physically standing there, the first two pictures are the same type of tree, with the third & fourth pictures being the same type of tree. Two different tree types in total, though.

Download the Seek app. Free, and good plant identification tool.

If that is the case I will go with holly oak and soapberry

I'm pretty confident the second tree is a soapberry from what I've researched. The oak I'm still unsure about. So many variations & possibilities .
