    Yes it is, I installed the same stuff upstairs at my house but that was back during my back pain days and it about killed me.
    Post surgery now I was still worried I would hurt after being on the floor for hours but it didn’t bother me. Good knee pads go a long ways too.

                        It's a shame there are a lot of custom builders out in the industry these days that can't build a product as well as you do and you just "dabble" in it. Unbelievable work, it's hard to understand what you're accomplishing until you've been in that position.

                        Company man? 2 week hitches and a rather clean Ulterra hat.

                          Thank you, Ive always had an eye for attention to detail. From automotive paint to carpentry and everything in between.

                            Yes sir I can’t argue that, you can tell this build is very thought out!

                            10 years in the patch is quite the accomplishment as well, must be with one of the bigs. Drilling for Mewbourne by chance?

                                I forgot to rough in the toilet plumbing so i put it in the shower. Should save some time in the morning getting ready. Might add a coffee pot as well [emoji1787]
