My dad and I agreed on 7 1/2. Just looking for other opinions.

For 7.5 the 3rd molar should be down at the gums from what I’ve been told.here’s what we called 7.5 this year. I’m also in to see others opinions

Following the tooth wear method, that's a 6 year old. First molar dished, none others dished. To meet 7 year old criteria the first and second molars would both be dished.

But don't worry about hair splitting too much. Bottom line is this - if you kill a buck with at least 1 dished out molar, you done good!

Technically, that's incorrect, "down to gum line". But you do have a nice old deer there.

For those interested, I've posted link to this guide before. Learn terminology and method. You won't have to take what people tell you, rather get it straight from the deer's mouth.
