Those mother ****ers at twitter suspended my account 2 months ago. I've sent all sorts of interesting emails with zero response. I don't care about being suspended, except that I can't do anything to my account....like deleting it! I'm assuming they'll just leave me on suspension forever so I count as a "subscriber" or whatever, and can't deactivate my own account. It REALLY ****** me off...

Thankfully, I never fell for the fakebook.

Kudos to all who don't have either one.....

I get first hand news out of Iran from Twitter, specially when there is an unrest and the Media does not cover any of it, I have some activists who post up about them and details, but I will eventually shut twitter down.

The only reason I still have Facebook is the market place.... I can find a lot of stuff I need to buy within 15 miles of where I am and that's very convenient for me.

I've been suspended by both several times these past months.

Just curious, have any of the dumb protests or boycotts produced results?

Different world back then. If that happened today there would be a National outcry from the left. The news would run 24-7 telling us about the domestic terrorist dumping tea. It would be the darkest day in our Nation according to them.

Facebook and Twitter don’t give a rats butt if people in opposition to them don’t get on there.

You’re doing them a favor. They would probably prefer you go away.

Yep.

I hope a viable alternative arises through all this. Right now the left controls every means of communication.

I don’t want anyone assuming a boycott is going to have them shaking in their shoes and make them change their ways. If every single Trump supporter, Conservative, Republican, Right winger, etc. deleted Facebook and Twitter today they would thank you for it. It saves them the time of censoring any opposition to them.

Sadly the servers that run this site are probably backed or owned by Amazon. Amazon makes makes as much money from cloud and server services as they do selling products.

Wolf here - not a SHEEP

Don't do them

TBH & FLICKR (Photos) - all I do

Not worth it - surrounded by liberal Clowns trolling the media for action

Hooking the boat up to the truck - got things to do, playing online with SHEEP - ISN'T PART OF MY LIFE PLAN!

I read yesterday that Zuck cashed out over 600 million worth of his stock shortly after the election. I don't have the link but maybe someone can confirm.

No they won’t lose market share because they control the market. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Apple control the servers and platforms that social media runs on.

Parler is suing Amazon right now to try and get back on their platform. They were exploding with new members as people fled Twitter. Then it was virtually shutdown by Amazon.
Free speech only limits the government not private businesses. That’s why Twitter could shut down the President who had way more followers than all of us TBH’ers combined.

Facebook and Twitter don’t want us, and they don’t want anyone else to have us. That’s just a fact.

They are trying to prevent other entities from getting a share in the market by not carrying competitors APP’s in the APP store, and not allowing them to use their servers and platforms to reach customers.

This is about silencing any voice of opposition to the left. They are all willing to let you leave and they won’t blink an eye. Losing money to them will be considered badge of honor. Their liberal agenda is what matters to them. Taking a few million away from multi billionaires means nothing.

Big tech is also in bed with the Dems, always has been always will be. Your phone manufacturer, your cell provider, your cable or satellite provider, the company that makes the cars and trucks that you drive. If we boycott all of them we will be naked, walking, non communicating, bitter clingers. We will be well armed, but they will have the might of the armed forces. What did Clayton Williams say ? ďJust lay back and enjoy itĒ

My point is this; if boycotting makes you feel better, by all means do it, but itís not going to make any difference. Just look at the responses here.

I haven’t done FB or Twitter in years, and like I have said in other post , boycott both
But every one seems to still keep using Twitter to reference their point of view in the PAC forum, driving the algorithm they use to base their stock value. So yes I am boycotting even to to point of not opening any tags in post
