Awesome thanks for the info. I will probably continue to grow my channel just a little bit and then do a order before Christmas for guys wanting a cheap Christmas idea.

Check out ShiftSmart www.shiftsmart.co

You can pick up shifts doing all kinds of part time work (retail inventories, bartender, forklift driver, warehouse worker, nurse, etc.). if you are willing to work, you can make some money.

Had a old bowflex at my grandmas house that I sold today for $100. That $175 of crap that I donít use I got rid of this week. Kinda trying a goal of making at least a extra $100 a week or $5200 a year.

I typically do small precision welding jobs or machinest jobs on the side. But I've currently took on a ls swap for a friends truck. Ive been asked by a few other to do this as well and I'm thinking about it. I'm also thinking about parting out high end cars as I just tore a zr1 corvette down to salvage the motor for my 70 c10 and its looking pretty decent on the return. I'm just needing more space

i do it atleast one day a week, usually two. whole check from side gig gets divided. a third goes into a college fund for kid, third goes into vacation fund for wife and me for stuff like vegas. third goes into family vacation like a disney trip.
i skim a little off the top of it when its a really good check lol

I work ER full time as a nurse 3 days a week, when im off during the week ill pick up a contract position as a traveler somewhere when places are super short staffed and need an outside agency nurse or do home health visits checking on folks.

Subscribed. And thanks for some motivation to look into a side hustle too. I recently did some minimalizing and got rid of about $2500 worth of stuff around the house and i'm sure there is more. I'm pretty handy and might try to see what sort gig i can get going that won't interfere too much with my family time. I'll check back in once i pick my trip and target savings.

Dall sheep is the cheapest. Run from $18,000-35,000 currently depending on outfitter and location. $22,000 will get you a really good Alaska dall sheep hunt for a rifle hunter. Problem is I am a die hard bowhunter. NWT is much better for archery but I donít know if Iím willing to drop $35,000 on a hunt right now. So I may be booking a mountain goat hunt instead. I will be honest Iím not 100% sure what I am gonna book. I am just trying to save as much as I can until I decide

10-12 years ago they were 8-10k. They price just keeps going up. Feel like I need to get a price locked in if I ever want to kill one. We will see how it goes.

I have a small side business doing euro mounts. I have some merch. I have also been trying to grow my YouTube page. All of this pays for my family's hunting.

Been doing it for years. I run a handful of guided fishing trips or electronics classes a year when I run across a new toy I canít do without or just to go back into my fishing account. Tournament fishing gets ridiculously expensive, itís nice to have a gig that offsets the cost.

Well Iíve been steadily keeping after getting rid of some of the crap I donít use. Had a divot tool from a famous putter maker I was able to sell for $110. Got rid of some arrows that I havenít shot in 5 years for $55 and Iím one sub away from being able to monetize my YouTube channel again. I have $90 in my Adsense account that will unlock when I hit 1000 subs. From views this month I would have made around $40 or so from YouTube. Itís not a lot but itís something. Account is setting at about $3800 now.

Subscribed J.T.

I have been side hustling right here on TBH for 18-19 years. First I started selling Slick Trick broad heads around 2001 when a 3 pack was $20.00 and most people didn't know what a Slick Trick was. Then I started selling Vortex Optics in 2005 when Vortex had 12 employees. Now they have 235 employees.

My "side hustles" are much more important now that we have retired and moved to Iowa. My last real pay check was last September. Social Security does not pay as good as my construction superintendent career paid.

I am still doing a lot of Vortex business. I have developed a good client base over the years. I am also working part time overseeing a 450'x150' engineered steel building in Centerville, Iowa. I also have a small archery shop in my shop at home. I have a local guys bow on my press now waiting on a new set of string/buss cable to come in.

Strangely enough....I met a local outfitter at an Amish auction last Saturday. It looks like I will be helping him some. Some of his leased ground is near me and he needs help getting hunters to their stands, helping his hunters getting deer out of the woods etc. Plus harvest is upon us and my two farmer neighbors are big operators. They will take all the help they can get.

And on top of all that our archery season opens next Tuesday and I have 7 stands set so far with at least 3 more to set.

J.T. I want to do that podcast that we never got to do about Texas ASA. We could do one on us creating the Iowa ASA Federation and hunting Iowa.
