I’ll just go in. I like Sonic but hate eating in the truck. If it’s just me, I’ll go into fast food place and spill crap all over their stuff instead of the truck.

I do it as well.... I'd rather not have to deal with a lot of folks and its quicker and easier for me. If I'm in a real hurry like on the way to the lease in the evening (lol) I just eat on the road

What does having a diesel have to do with a 5-10 minute eat? My diesel and gas vehicles idle just fine when I do it..

Yep. I had been working on two ranches 7 days a week and last thing I want to do is sit inside a crowded restaurant with little monkeys yelling & bouncing off the walls. .

I do it sometimes.

Sometimes on my lunch break I'll grab something (several fast food places really close) and set in the parking lot at work while I'm eating instead of setting in the restaurant or going to our breakroom to eat. I know I could just set inside the restaurant and eat but this gives me time away from the job to relax and not be around lots of people.
