I didnt say it....the Tx Ranger said it.
Im guessing walking through a door that is not latched is an accident
Thinking your in your home and see a silhouette that should not be there and shooting it is an accident as well.

Do i personally think she needs to spend some time in prison...absolutely.
    Even accidents have consequences

This was an accident....negligence.....punishable negligence but not murder by any stretch.
The danger to justify using her weapon was not imminent. Also, she was more concerned about texting her boo than rendering aid. That to me shows intent that she wanted him to die and felt no remorse.

Napolitano said it might even get reduced this go round...wish I caught it all but he seemed to have a beef with motive & the murder conviction.

I guess the judge can reduce to a lesser from the jury??

If it had been a black man that shot a white woman dead in her own house, would the opinions quickly change?

Can't swear it in Texas, but in most States breaking and entering is met even with the small force of pushing a door open, so yeah, she broke in. That's according to online legal definitions

What do those online legal definitions say about intent?
if i knowing push your door open uninvited....sure im breaking in.
If i accidentally walk past my door and push your door open.....that aint breaking in

That is an asinine comment, and no it would not change.

                            great case for an appeal....

                            It wasnt murder...

I really hope jurors are not thinking about public outcry and rioting when they are deliberating....if so then our justice system is @#$%^

It really is scary knowing that the authors of all these posts, both here and on social media everywhere right now, are potentially future jurors themselves.
