Well my spidy senses have started tingling again and I figured why not try to help out the brotherhood again this year.

I hunt about 30 miles west of Eldorado. I’ve killed bucks between 185-200 lbs, and plenty of 100 lb does. I’m not very far from Ozona. If they skinny then feed them more

Used to love hunting in El Dorado and Ozona. I'd love to get on a place out there again now that my grandson is old enough to learn the outdoors and appreciate the hunts.

Looking for a place for me and my 2 girls. Not picky on where at. Like to stay 200 miles of dfw. I have camper blinds and feeders. Would like to join a group or small place. I have a group if entire place. Doesnt have to be trophy lease. Mainly somewhere to take the kids to learn about outdoors. I have a budget so i will pass on what I cant afford. Thank you in advance for the help.

That’s impressive. I actually assumed most deer out that way were the same stature as hill country deer.

I have a 640ac lease available in Schleicher county 10 mins from Eldorado going towards Mertzon off Mount HWY. This place is on the divide, it is mesquite country. There is pens, stands , and feeders there that can be used. I lease a place from the same family that owns this place and have hunted the area for many years. I have NOT hunted this place but have drove it a few times and it’s covered up with deer. This is a year round place so you can dove, turkey, and deer hunt. Each spot will get 1 trophy, 1 cull, 3 does and 4 turkey. There has been axis not many they can be harvested as well as any hogs you see. But this is primarily a WT lease. It’s family and kid friendly with guest privileges. There is a place to set up an RV with electric and water. I am looking for a group/family to take the 4 remaining spots. There will be 5 hunters on the place. Each spot is $3000. Looking for a good management mind group that wants a great place to hunt long term. Please be able to fill all spots. Feel free to PM me with any questions. I will be going down to get the place leased the last weekend off extended season. All money is due at time off lease signing the first year then split into two payments there after.

There will be 8300 acres available in Uvalde next season. Our group is getting off the place, so if you guys have any questions about it feel free to PM me.

EDIT: Due to the flood of PMs, some basic details below.

8300 acres
$13.25 an acre (This is what it was this year, I don't know what it will be as we are leaving.)

Lodging is nice with 3 bed rooms and 2 baths. There is a covered area that seperates the sleeping quarters with the kitchen area. The kitchen has commercial stuff in there so its very nice. There is also a light up skeet and sporting clay range there.

Land owners are awesome.

We saw a few exotics. Killed a 40" Catalina ram and an aoudad. There are some whooper aoudad out there, and I actually made a poor shot on a real big one and lost him. Also have multiple pics of a mountain lion on the north end of the property. Deer we harvested were all 6+ (based off teeth, and 130-140.
