I really don’t understand some of this combination (sunflowers in the fall and winter) and don’t know if f the rest is good winter stuff

I ordered the spring mix and egyptian wheat from Turner seed. Had it within a couple of days. Going to try to go up to my place in a couple weeks and plow, and get ready to plant.
