Fell asleep when we were 1-0. Woke up 1-2 to turn off the TV. Woke up this morning - WTH!?!?!?.

White in the 5th slot is a terrible idea BTW.

Thanks for clarifying. So much talk going on it was hard to understand everything he was saying.

White in any position in a dumb idea.....

This pitching staff is gonna set a record for # of homeruns allowed....
Not much better than the Orioles in that stat

Tyler was pitching and josh was playing 1sr base it was not pretty. Tyler struck out shed swinging on a 67 mph pitch that unfortunately was the highlight of the game.

That has already been established... my point was putting him that low in the lineup is a dumber idea.

Kind of a useless stat all by itself. If you've followed the season, you'd notice we have one of the lowest allowed runs. Comparing percentage of runs to solo dingers gets good teams inverted.

On base percentage and risks to multiple run dingers is a more telling stat.

Hitters gonna hit... best to have that happen with empty bases.

Stringing together at-bats it what matters. Giving away a longball in a 4 atbat inning isn't gonna be why you lose... and the stros record kinds proves that.

Good start to the game. 3-0 good guys after first half inning.
