There are things in his forecast that contradict themselves. For instance he calls for higher than normal temps across much of the upper Midwest, but ends his forecast talking about September snows across Nebraska. Those 2 can’t really co-exist

Hope the forecast pans out for west Texas. So far the first part of September has been way over average precipitation at least here in Val Verde.
