                    I was told that there were scheduled visits on the place already. I was under the impression that it was gonna be leased by the people visiting it. Didn't want to discuss any additional details with me so I didn't pursue it any further.

                          Well I do not really want to bad mouth anyone and it looks like a few people on here have had the same dealings as I have with this group so I do not feel like I need to say anymore! I will say my point of contact is Scott Huggins.

                              Our Mexico lease has a spot open. There is a thread for it. $6250 plus feed and expenses. Feed and expenses generally close to the same as lease fee. Cowboys keep feed full. Blinds and feeders in place for 21 hunt areas. 8 spots on 8,000ac

                                Understand your posts totally now. Scott is not a bad guy but does not hold up his end of the deal sometimes. Just sucks because he gets some great properties and screws them up.
