I’ve been hunting Robertson and Leon country for about 25 years now and the deer have progressively gotten better and better. I would definitely say the 13 inch rule has held a huge part in that and I feel like the general public has gotten away from the brown it’s down mentality in that area for the most part! I’ve killed a lot of deer out here that I’ve been proud of but Saturday eve I knocked this one down and I couldn’t be more ecstatic! Personal best! He won’t score all that much but he’s a stud for our area and a big mature deer!
