I like most all the Meat Church products for BBQ. For an all purpose Salt, Pepper, Garlic, I like the Kosmos SPG and put it on all steaks that I cook.

I did pick up something new on Friday and it may be my new go to for a bit. B&B Charcoal company has a new line and I got the Texas Trinity which is an all purpose spice and it is tasty. It's more like a Salt Pepper Garlic seasoning.

Adkins ranch style steak seasoning is pretty dang good on ribs and chicken. Seems heavy on salt and pepper which is perfect.
