    Shrimp cargot

    We had some lobster cargot when we were in Lake Tahoe over NYE this past year and loved it. I Got home and bought some of the little pans (not needed but kinda cool). Did a little surf and turf with some back strap last night. I forgot garlic bread so had to roll with hamburger buns but still good to soak up all the butter and garlic. It will definitely be on the regular rotation from now on. Wife made some banana nut bread for dessert. The Quarantine 15 is real.

    Is that like shrimp scampi? How do you make it?

    Now my chinese stir fry ain't looking so good LOL

            Pretty much. Chopped fresh garlic and melted butter go on the bottom of the dish. Lay a shrimp in each little hole, tiny bit of cream cheese on each shrimp and then we just laid a slice of havarti cheese on top and put in the oven for about 10min and then turned on the broiler for a min or so. I did sprinkle some red pepper flakes in mine before the slice of cheese on top.
