Thanks for the ideas, I'll be trying some of them out and checking out the websites mentioned, along with the tube.

      Smoked Meatloaf is amazing.

      Frozen Pizza in the smoker.

And Smoked Mac and cheese is just unbelievable.

Smoke Mac and cheese is delicious.
Whole chicken, ribs and pork butt are hard to mess up.

Go on the recteq site and look up their smokehouse meatloaf. Simple, and OMG it tastes awesome! (And I'm not really a meatloaf fan) but this is so worth it and an easy start!

If you like Mexican food then I highly recommend making some carne guisada on the pellet grill as that smoke flavor takes it to another level. I smoked uncovered for the first half, added more beef broth as needed then cont’d slow rolling it covered the second half. Plenty of recipes to try on YouTube of course.

Do a Cornish hens. Season inside and out
Drape several slices of bacon over it and grill at 250 to internal temp of 165. Let rest for 10 minutes. Be careful or you'll get juice all over yourself. Juiciest chicken you've ever had.

Meat Church’s pork belly burnt ends are almost to easy to make and should be illegal they taste so good. I made the first batch and stocked up on pork belly’s immediately afterwards. I’m almost positive a drunk blind man could make these taste good enough to restore his vision for at least 17 and a half minutes..
