    Coleman county food plot

    Anyone have success in Coleman county with food plots? What did u plant? How many acres? Just learning so all is appreciated

    Wheat is king out there. September 15-30 to plant.

    I wouldnt bother with spring plots if you cant irrigate it.

          Wheat, Oats and Peas do well if you can get the rain needed.

              It can be broadcast, just run 20% higher than the drilling rate.

                Throw in some native sunflower seeds and you will often get a good stand the next spring
