    Legs!!! I finally got off my lazy arse and did legs this morning!

    Tomorrow is cardio and core

      Old age is catching up with me, but I had plenty of vitamin M this morning! Chest, triceps and bicep giant sets this morning. 5X5 on chest and 5X8-10 on bi's and tri's.

      Bench press/preacher curl/cable pushdown
      Incline bench on smith 2 settings/overhead rope extension
      Pec deck fly/single arm cable pulldown
      Overhead cable curls

      Legs and shoulders tomorrow. YAY!

        Training for the San Diego Rock & Roll Half Marathon on 10/24.
        Today's workout included:
        2 mile warm up
        1 mile @ 7:22 pace followed by a 1 min jog
        8 x 2 minutes @ 6:46 pace with 1 minute jog recovery between
        4 x 200 Meters at 6:18 pace with 200 Meter jog recovery between
        2 mile cool down

        So far this year I am up to 925 mile. Mileage count would have been higher if I didn't pull a hamstring in the American Hero 25K Relay on 7/31.

          I didn't make it today. Too darn tired. This getting up early (0345) every day is hard on an old man! Definitely make it tomorrow.

            A good way to finish off the week. Back and leg supersets 5X5. I'm going to switch things up next week and start working one body part per day with some cardio and bas thrown in.

            Back squat/weighted pullup wide grip
            Front squat/weighted pullup neutral grip
            Overhead lat pull/weighted calf raise/sled leg press
            Low row/leg extension

                  First week of two weeks of one body part per day with abs thrown in. I'm pretty sure I'm going to regret the abs part.

                  All chest today 4X5. 4X10 on abs.

                  Incline chest press on smith @225/incline situp
                  Bench press @225/cable rotation
                  Seated wide grip bilateral chest press 4@165 on each side/weighted crunch
                  Pec deck @200/hanging leg raise
                  Inverse grip chest press @185/ab roller

                  Tomorrow is leg day.

                      Missed yesterday due to driving to SA for a class and the thunderstorms this morning were too tempting to resist so I sept in. I'm hitting it tomorrow for sure!

                        Legs maybe tomorrow but will be in montana all weekend hiking so trying to weigh the pros and cons there..

                          We made it this morning. I'm playing catch up since I missed Tuesday and Wednesday so I supersetted today. Back and legs today and I'll get back to the one body part/abs tomorrow. 4X8 today and a little heavier.

                          Sled leg press/weighted pullups/incline situp
                          Supersquat/weighted calf raise/inverse grip BB row
                          Leg extension/Wide grip seated row

                          All arms tomorrow. Or shoulders. I'll make it a game time decision.

                              Arms and abs today. Weather change must be coming cuz all of my joints hurt today. Come on aleve!

                              Preacher curls/overhead rope extension/incline situp
                              BB curl/weighted dip/ab roller
                              Hammer curl bar/tricep pushdown/weighted crunch
                              Overhead cable curl/tricep cable pull down/cable rotations

                              I gotta work tomorrow morning for a couple of hours so I may hit it tomorrow. If I do, it will be a shoulder day.

                                Missed yesterday due to work

                                Just knocked out a push day.

                                Flying to Montana for a mini vacay today so hiking will be my exercise the next 2-3 days.
