Old age is catching up with me, but I had plenty of vitamin M this morning! Chest, triceps and bicep giant sets this morning. 5X5 on chest and 5X8-10 on bi's and tri's.

Training for the San Diego Rock & Roll Half Marathon on 10/24.
Today's workout included:
2 mile warm up
1 mile @ 7:22 pace followed by a 1 min jog
8 x 2 minutes @ 6:46 pace with 1 minute jog recovery between
4 x 200 Meters at 6:18 pace with 200 Meter jog recovery between
2 mile cool down
So far this year I am up to 925 mile. Mileage count would have been higher if I didn't pull a hamstring in the American Hero 25K Relay on 7/31.
A good way to finish off the week. Back and leg supersets 5X5. I'm going to switch things up next week and start working one body part per day with some cardio and bas thrown in.

Missed yesterday due to driving to SA for a class and the thunderstorms this morning were too tempting to resist so I sept in. I'm hitting it tomorrow for sure!
We made it this morning. I'm playing catch up since I missed Tuesday and Wednesday so I supersetted today. Back and legs today and I'll get back to the one body part/abs tomorrow. 4X8 today and a little heavier.
