      Nice. I have 8 femurs with scraps in the freezer. I was gonna use for broth but….. what type of saw did you use?

          Going to start keeping femur bones for marrow. That tenderloin looks perfect.

            Never tried elk marrow. That looks good though. Will keep some big bones here in a few weeks.

                      Oh hell no. I sucked the marrow out of the bone in a steak once when I was just a wee lad. Nastiest crap I’ve ever had in my mouth. I spent the next 30min tryin to lick my own butt to get the taste out.

                        I bought some stainless steel bone blades from Amazon for my Dewalt sawzall. Got them in yesterday. Cut up some shanks for osso bucco too.

                              Nice. Will check that out. I use my recip saw to take the shanks off but never knew there was a bone blade.
