It’s mind numbing when you look at the numbers. Before the season I didn’t think we would stay within two scores of OU, so yesterday felt like playing with house money going in. In the end, it’s the worse OU loss I can remember. Just sickening. I’m a huge believer in Sooner Magic in the Cotton Bowl. You know it’s coming, OU fans know it’s coming.

Texas opens up as a 6 point favorite vs OSU. I bet that line gets hammered down soon.

I like Texas at home, they need to find something more on the road.

Back to the 2022 class, the 247Sports Composite’s No. 1 recruit Walter Nolen was one of the headliners on campus, as was fellow five-star Bear Alexander and Top247 defensive end Anthony Lucas. The Top247’s No. 1 prospect in the 2023 class Lebbeus Overton returned as well.

Kind of a bittersweet accomplishment (because you have to be unranked to accomplish it), but A&M snapped Bama's 100 game win streak against unranked opponents (UL Monroe, 2007). That's an impressive streak, considering how easy most teams find a way to mix in the occasional upset loss. I'd be happy with a once every 14 year frequency. I believe our streak currently sits at zero.
