2020 Coyote Kill Thread.

Since the new year started I guess I better get a new coyote kill thread up in case anybody has started killin 'em yet.

No dice today. Calling was pretty slow but I'm gonna get back after them this weekend. Good luck everyone.

So happy to hear I'm not the only one using the APR 6.5 PRC to whack coyotes! I almost felt bad using that much gun. I will be calling in the morning, so I'm hoping to add to the total. Depending on how things work out with the APR build this year, I may get Robert to build me an APR in 223, just to have something that sexy and lightweight to take calling.

I’ve shot them with everything from a .223 to 300 win mag.

Saw a group of about 20 pronghorn running today. Got to looking and there was a coyote at the front of the herd. He looked pretty tired so I think he'd been running for a while. I don't know if they got him or not or I'd add him for them.

A 243 with 87gr v-max loads are devastating on yotes. Just foot for thought.
