As a kid growing up in ETX I can remember snow around Easter.

This is nothing new.

GFS has two storms next week for north texas. Snow for Friday then ice storm for Monday. Usually we deal with sleet/snow on top of ice. This would be weird to to deal with ice on top of snow. I'm going to have to go ahead and put in my hibernation notice for work that week and sharpen up the runners on the old sled
