Your “Go To” Deer Corn Additive/Added Attractant?

Over the years I’ve heard other people say they have added “XYZ“ to their corn as a additional Deer attractant.

We’ve tried all kinds but have had the best luck with Strawberry Kool-Aid 5 packs per 50lbs and the Hog Wild brand powder.

What’s your tried and true formula?

Curious to see what people have come up with.

I use Buck Ration, and then if I am feeling generous I'll throw out a little Boss Buck brand attractant.

Hmm. Deer on my place already think plain corn is crack. Not sure I want them any more "hooked" than they are, lol. They're standing around waiting for the feeder to go off most times.

Take a $20 bill, cut it into 1/4" squares and mix with your corn. Deer love it!

I don’t have an additive. I use Big Tine from Tractor Supply they simple go crazy over that stuff.

corn is corn to me. also use alfalfa for axis and aoudad. deer will eat it too, but they don't seem to excited about it

I’ve got to where I use vanilla. Other than that I’ll use a powdered feed called p&p’s nut grub. It’s ground up peanuts and rice bran. It is Absolutely crack for a deer. It’s made in Arkansas and I don’t believe it is distributed far south.

I use that acorn flavored syrup stuff and pour it on the corn in buckets and put it in some hollowed out logs I made. It just keeps them looking for it even after it is gone giving me an extra opportunity.
The other day I cut up some bruised apples and added it to the corn and they were fighting over those apples.

I use a product called vapple it’s amazing but that’s because it has vanillin in it which is known to dull the sense of smell also whatever flavor you use get the cover scent to go with it

I've always just used regular old corn, but saw some Peanut butter corn the other day, $7.49 a bag, thought I'd give it a try, smelled just like peanut butter but don't know if it made any difference to the deer

Like others above I've had success with drawing new deer in with fortified big tine. They don't eat it any better than regular corn but the scent attracts them better.

Truth, except I try not to touch the corn before I pour it into the feeder. LOL. So when I'm successful, my corn smells like corn or the inside of my feeder.

I'm telling you, find pics of the last few BIG deer shot in NE texas and they were on those things, the 3 biggest deer I've ever gotten on cam were on them too.
