I was going old as well on the head shot but I'm thinking a 3 year old. Poor health last year but better this year. Looks he grew some points - like a 6x6 this year? He might have had a healthy spring/summer last year but gotten sick closer to season to explain why he had a decent of head gear last year but looked like crappola after velvet.

With the last picture I'm say 4 this year in Burnet county..however one of last years pics his knees looked calluses up..I've never seen callused knees on a 3yr old.
