Which processors to use near Cooke County and Montague County?

Is the one at Muenster worth considering? I have no idea who to use.

        Absolutely Fischer’s in Muenster!

Wish I had an excuse to drive that far for processing. Excellent sausages!

Fischer's, the only thing there that I don't like is the Brauts. But they are still getting ate. The Taco Links are the best.

Fischers and Hess meats are both really good, there is another guy who worked for Fischers for 30 plus years that processes up there as well, Gary Walterscheid, his nickname is Bushman, if you use him you will get your meat and not any others, and he does a very good job, ( I am not positive he still does it but it is worth finding out )

You will not be disappointed using FishCher’s in Muenster.
I’ve used them exclusively for at least the past ten years.

I have used the one in Trenton, Bluebonnet Meats. I have also used Fischer's. I prefer Bluebonnet. But, Fischer's does make some fantastic German sausage. IMO you won't be disappointed with either one. Never used, but I've heard Hess is good also.

It seems everybody in Muenster has a nickname.

Hess Meats is far better than Fischer's and yes they have some good nicknames in Muenster. Do you know Smoke, Boobie, or Cheese?
Wild Country does a good job as well, in Lindsay.
Hess makes a little more spicy sausage if you want that, their summer sausage is better than Fischer's, imo.
