I’ve never had Greak’s Smokehouse process my deer. That said,I used to like their BBQ. They’ve fallen short of the mark the last few years though. The last time I was there I bought a sliced beef sandwich and a few pounds of beef ribs. The sandwich was half fat and the ribs were tough as shoe leather. I won’t be going back.
Stanton’s did my sausage last year. They did a great job. They had no problem with me bringing extra bags of grind meat 8 found in the freezer after I dropped off the meat initially either. Too bad the AFCI breaker that fed my freezer crapped out when I was in Alaska this summer. Wish I had any deer showing up at the feeders this year. Gonna try my luck with hog sausage if I don’t get a deer.
