Anyone ever have any success on Craigslist hunts?

My wife found my current deer lease on craigslist while I was in Colorado 6 years ago. I think that was a one in a thousand chance of being a good one. -
I found a really good dove lease. Small property, little cabin, good birds. Had it for a couple years and then when it came time to try to sign up for year 3 I could not get the guy to return calls or txts. I think there are some gems there but a lot of scams and shot out day hunt type places. Just do your due diligence.
