Anyone ever smoke a roast instead of using crock pot?
My wife brought 2 home today, i seasoned one like i would a brisket. Gonna put on pellet grill tomorrow. Any tips?

I did this very thing Labor Day weekend. I put rub on it 24 hours ahead of time.
Smoked it for 6 hours. Was getting a little dry, so I finished it out in a pan with a little beef broth. Came out great.
