Two of our best players flirted with the NFL draft but are coming back - Tylan Wallace was leading the nation in receiving until he got hurt, and Chuba Hubbard - who rushed for 2,000 last season - just announced he is coming back. Hopefully after full year of starts Spencer Sanders will start showing what he is capable of at QB. I think we also may finally have a defense that will not require the offense to score 40 to give us a chance.

It shows him as committed and enrolled at A&M yet y'all still chattering about Texas and some sort of bias.

Coach Ed Orgeron was on ESPN Radio’s Off the Bench program yesterday and spoke about the search for a new defensive coordinator. “There’s been a phenomenal response,” he said. “We have a big selection of defensive coordinators. We’re going through the list right now. Obviously, it’s going to be ’bring the best to LSU,’ No. 1, and No. 2, ‘Be a great fit with our culture.’ There’s a lot of guys that want to be here and we’re looking at some great guys… It’s going to be a process.”

Asked specifically about Bo Pelini as a candidate, Orgeron said: “Obviously, there are a lot of guys that will be top candidates. I don’t want to say nothing yet until we finalize any deal with anybody. Obviously, Bo is somebody that I know very well and have high respect for. He’s a great defensive coordinator. He did a great job at LSU.”

High 4 star WR crystal balled to Texas. The Arkansas guys say they are giving up. He is a Texas lock pretty much. They're making a late push on a 4 star RB as well.
And they’ll land Collins, likely Princely, to go along with Dixon as well.

For those that contend that only Joe Tess and an exuberant sophomore QB have ever declared “Texas is Back” (which, btw, I heard over and over on the National preseason XM sports talk shows on my long drives to and from Colorado in August), I found the last paragraph of this kind of funny.
