Default Troops Headed to Iraq

After Iran’s continued nonsense, the US is sending additional troops to Iraq. A 750 member QRF from the 82nd and an additional 4k shortly after. I know of one local member of the 82nd that is home on leave. His leave was cut short today and ordered to be back to base within 24 hours. They’ll spin up in the next several days. My son is a forward observer in the 1stID so we’ll see how far this goes. Pray for our soldiers.

Prayers for our soldiers but if you go in, this is a president I would want to go in for! First in a while to really support our men!

Curious to see what comes of it.
