Oh, my! I made this recipe using pheasant that I had from my Kansas trip and it was awesome! My wife is pretty leery of wild birds but she ate 2 bowls and gave it 5 stars! I adlibbed a little, used 4 birds breast meat, deglazed with Sauvignon blanc after I browned the breasts, shredded all the meat after the mushrooms were cooked. I know no pics and it didn’t happen but it’s on my recipe list for sure using all the birds I have!
