I poured over chicken wings and grilled the other day. Came out great. You could bake them in the oven as well.

Definitely in the wheelhouse of wings and jerky! I've used on pulled pork tacos, turkey wraps, etc as well. Dang good stuff

This thing lit me up, but I couldn’t stop eating it. Heck I ate some by the spoonful. Going to be my new go to sauce around the house. Thanks!

So I’ve actually tried this sauce on food now, and it’s amazing. The heat is perfect. The first day I just ate about 6-7 spoonfuls out of the bottom of the sauté pan since I didn’t have anything ready to put it on. That lit me up. In normal usage situations it’s just right, and absolutely delicious!

24 fresh habaneros ( I put in 18 whole and seed the last 6, but adjust to your liking)

                        2 - 15.5 oz. peaches in 100% fruit juice

                        1 cup light brown sugar

                        1/2 cup dark molasses

4 tbsp deli style mustard ( boars head)

                        6-8 peeled garlic cloves

                        1/2 tsp liquid smoke

                        2 cups white vinegar

                        4 tbsp kosher salt

                        2 tbsp black pepper

                        2 tbsp ground cumin

                        1tsp coriander

                        1 tsp ground ginger

                        1tsp ground all spice

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and simmer on low for 30-45 minutes. Ladle into jars and refrigerate. Refrigerate overnight before using

This recipe makes about 50 ounces of pepper sauce

Brothers... it is spicy but dang... the flavor

Going to try to make a batch today.

I didn't plant any Habanero peppers this year, but I have both Ghost peppers and Scorpion pepper plants doing well. Wondering what the ratio would be to make some out of those and it not be too hot to eat?

For those that have made this sauce get a block of cream cheese pour this on top and eat with crackers. Itll be good guaranteed!
