      Wondering why HEB buffalo is so good. I thought about doing this because the HEB package is so good. If anyone knows definitively it would be great to know as that's a lot of tough meat to be stuck with

        Prime buffalo meat is found on a 700-900 # animal. A 2500# is a trophy animal that offer hard to find quality ground meat for consumption. Depends on what you are looking for (the purpose) of hunting a buffalo.
