Cajun Blake Chili Review

Finally got around to ordering some stuff from Blake! In case y'all didn't know it's amazing. If you've never ordered it I'm a believer now.

I tweaked his recipe a little bit with my own bloody mary mix, added the trinity instead of just a yellow onion, and two jalapenos. Did it with 4lbs of fresh venison ground from a tasty spike!

NO BEANS.

Also made some cajun honey cornbread to go with it.

Here is some pics! Definitely blows away my normal chili recipe.

Paired with an ice cold Lone Star Light.

Flex, that looks great.

I agree, Blake is a great man. Most people don’t have any idea what he does behind the spotlight.

Next time you make some, do another pot, after it cools down, put some in a freezer bag and freeze it for later. Great for a lunch.
