This is so very heart breaking. Prayers out to the family. What tremendous strength it takes for that family to make the decision to allow the organ donation. Due to their selfless act, another child will receive a "perfectly formed healthy organ" from this beautiful precious child and give an extended life and provide answered prayers to another family and their child. Prayers out to to guide the hands of the surgeons and their their surgical teams as they assemble to save additional lives.

My wife told me all about this. She use to work at Mound Elementary and my kids went there too where Raven was enrolled in school. I listened to the video the mother made about what she is going through and what Raven is experiencing and it is heartbreaking to say the least. I fear this situation and couldn't imagine what it would take to make it through.

The family has made a decision that I pray I never have to. Prayers for peace, comfort, and healing of their hearts.

That little girls organs will carry on her legacy and create a new quality of life for others. Her story will live on.
