4 wheeler battery?

Has anyone replaced their stock 4 wheeler battery with a riding mower battery? Why is a wheeler battery 1/2 the size of the mower and double the price?

I’ve had good luck getting four wheeler batteries from batterysharks.com

The only issue with ordering online is getting rid of the old one.

I have seen it done before.
My advice, buy the right battery. Keep it on a trickle charger when you aren't using it and it will last a long time.
Spend the money and get a sealed battery, not one you have to fill yourself. The sealed batteries last longer and can take more abuse.

Some 4 wheelers require a gel cell like the Kawasaki Brute Force 750 because the battery sits at an angle.

Got my 4 wheeler battery on eBay for $35 with an 18 month warranty. oreilly wanted $100 with only 6 months warranty.

I have 2 with the lawn mower battery conversion. A $30 battery or a $135 battery, which to choose? The only problem is figuring out a way to mount it. Size matters.
