Shed Build tips?

I will be starting a 8x8 shed this weekend.. I only plan to get the floor and some of the walls done this weekend.. I have not done somthing this big before so should be fun.. I am doing a lean to style roof so any tips would be great!!

Just finished this one today. Very simple IMO. This one measured 8x12. Roughly 12 hours total work to complete it.

My tip is, if you think you want 8x8 go ahead and build it 8x12. It's just a couple more boards and gives you more room.

Measure twice cut once. Level & square. Level & square is your mantra. If you think you need 8 x 8, double it, unless you need an excuse to build another one later!
