    I have some breasted out in the freezer but haven’t cooked them yet.
    I brine all my birds for 2-3 days, changing out the water each day. It just helps clean them easier and does pull a lot of blood out.

      Simple lawry's season salt, pepper, and a steak seasoning.. then in the sous vide...


      or I cut in 2" cubes and soak over night in Italian dressing, then I put them on kabobs with onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers then grill med. rare
