A friend of mine has been mounting my animals for me over 20 years now. He’s not a full time taxidermist, but he should be.

Got a very unique buck on camera. He would make a cool euro mount. I don’t plan on hunting again until this fall. If he’s still around, and has his antlers he may be on the hit list. Just wanted to share the pic with y’all anyhow.

Well I killed the Axis buck with what I thought had an antler growing down. Turns out his skull was broken and the antler was just hanging by the deer hide. I put the poor guy out of his misery when I saw him in person.
